Dream Women in STEM Summit

An annual event empowering young women in STEM fields. The 2025 edition reached over 10,000 students and featured industry leaders, mentors, and advocates from across the engineering profession.

Unconscious Bias Awareness Programme

A structured programme designed to help engineering professionals recognise and address unconscious bias in their workplaces and professional interactions. Resources include workshop materials, articles, and self-assessment tools.
